Hand-Colored Engravings of 19th Century Fashion Plates
A pair of hand-colored engravings of 19th century fashion plates. Each one of these prints depicts two women in conversation wearing the current fashions of the time. Both are captioned in French beneath the imagery and have artist’s signatures in plate to the lower right. They are presented behind a pink fabric mat and glass in a silver tone frame with gesso details and wire to the verso for for hanging.
