19th Century Offset Lithograph on Academy Board After "Alone"
An offset lithograph on academy board after an original 19th Century work titled Alone. The piece depicts a lonesome young girl sitting in a wooden boat with her head down. It is set in a complementary mat and presents behind glass in a giltwood frame with a mounting wire to the verso. The academy board is marked with illegible handwriting and is covered by a cardboard backing held in place by bent nails. There is no definitive proof of the original artists identity.
