Collector's Rare Complete First Edition "Picasso 347" Volumes
A first edition copy of volumes I and II of Picasso 347. The complete two-volume set is comprised of 347 intaglio prints of famous artist Pablo Picasso’s, printed in high quality offset lithography. The original prints were published by Picasso between March 16 and October 5, 1968. Published in 1969 by Random House, the book was printed and bound by Conzett & Huber (Zurich, Switzerland) and designed and produced by Chanticleer Press (New York). The hardcover books are bound in pressed cloth with cloth spines and gilt edging. Presented in the original slipcase with a violet velour interior.
- scuffing present to case; white residue present to the upper right corner and back of case; lower hinge on case is loose; minor discoloration along the cloth spine of Volume II from violet velour.
