Each volume is bound in gilded red morocco. This set contains an additional 424 plates, aquatints, and maps from Rudolph Ackermann’s History of the University of Oxford, John Boydell’s A History of the River Thames, Edward William Cooke’s Views on the River Thames, and Samuel Ireland’s Picturesque Views on the River Thames, among others.
