Alonzo Clemons is a sculptor from Boulder, Colorado who after suffering a traumatic brain injury as a child developed savant syndrome, a condition made famous by the film Rain Man. Working in wax and clay, Clemons sculpts his pieces completely from memory and has received no formal training. His work has been represented by several galleries and has been featured on 60 Minutes and other programs.
