The quarters feature a right-facing Liberty ringed by thirteen stars to the obverse and a raised-winged eagle to the reverse. Designer: Charles E. Barber Metal content: 90% silver, 10% copper. Diameter: 24.3 mm. Weight: 6.3 grams. Circulated.
