Larissa Sievers was born in 1961 and earned her Art Design degree in 1986. She started working in KBdesign based in Seattle, WA, after which she was hired as an art instructor in a private school located in Seattle. She now pursues her art full time. Her use of bright colors is a representation of how she perceives the world.
