Originally named Ladislaus, Louis Novak immigrated to the United States in 1908 with his family at the age of four from Tesolua, Hungary. Novak is known for his landscape, cityscape and marine oil paintings, but has worked in numerous mediums. His work is collected by various public and private collections.
